Refund and Returns Policy

At Burning Bliss, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Polish and EU consumer protection laws.

  • Right to Return You have the right to return any item purchased from our store within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. This period starts from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods.
  • Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items show signs of use or damage, are missing parts, or are not in their original packaging. Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return Process To initiate a return, please complete the Return Request form available on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. After submitting the form, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the product.
    It is important to use a trackable shipping service when sending your return back to us. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
  • Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exceptions Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as personalized or customized products. Please contact us before making a purchase if you have any questions regarding the eligibility of an item for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at bb@burning-bliss.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the defect or damage. However, if you have purchased an item that was explicitly sold as damaged (e.g., scratched) or discounted due to such imperfections, this does not qualify for return under this section. Such items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or refunds on the basis of the listed defects.
