Regulations
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by Dmytro Grizan, conducting business under the name DMYTRO GRIZAN, NIP: 5242979740, REGON: 525996237, based in Warsaw, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1.2. The online store https://burning-bliss.com/ operates in accordance with the laws of Poland, particularly the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002.
1.3. Customers using the online store are obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
2.1. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity, making a purchase in the Store.
2.2. Seller – Dmytro Grizan, conducting business under the name DMYTRO GRIZAN.
2.3. Store – the online service available at https://burning-bliss.com/, through which the Customer can place orders.
2.4. Product – goods available in the Store, which are the subject of a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.
3. Conditions for Placing an Order
3.1. Orders in the Store can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
3.2. The condition for placing an order is having a user account or placing an order without registration.
3.3. Placing an order is done by completing the order form and confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
3.4. Prices of products are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
4. Payments
4.1. The Customer can pay for ordered products using:
a. Bank transfer to a Polish bank account in Polish złoty (PLN), with conversion based on the current exchange rate.
b. Online payments via the PayU system.
4.2. The full amount of the order must be paid before the products are shipped.
5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
5.1. Order fulfillment begins after the payment is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
5.2. Ordered products are delivered within the European Union, and delivery terms are arranged individually with the Customer.
5.3. The delivery cost is covered by the Customer, unless the offer states otherwise.
5.4. Delivery of the ordered products is carried out via courier services or other agreed-upon means of transport.
5.5. The order fulfillment time is from 2 to 7 working days, depending on product availability.
5.6. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit an appropriate statement in writing or through the form available on the Store’s website.
6.3. Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
6.4. The cost of returning the products is borne by the Customer.
6.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products by the Seller.
7. Complaints
7.1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered products.
7.2. If the seller who has received the customer’s request referred to in paragraph 7.1 does not respond to it within 14 days, the request is considered justified.
7.3. After a positive resolution of the complaint, the Seller will return the repaired or replaced product, or the value of the Customer’s payments, to the Customer at the Seller’s expense.
7.4. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the email address: bb@burning-bliss.com.
7.5. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer of the decision.
8. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
8.1. When placing an order, the Customer agrees to the processing of their personal data by the Online Store for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.
8.2. The Customer can choose to have their data stored in the system to facilitate the process of placing future orders. In this case, the Customer must provide a login and password required to access their account. The password is known only to the Customer, who is responsible for keeping it confidential and protecting it from unauthorized access by third parties.
8.3. The administrator of the personal data databases provided by the Customers of the online store in connection with purchases is the Seller.
8.4. The Customers’ personal data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling sales contracts and may be transferred to entities responsible for delivering the purchased goods to the Customer. Customers have the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion. The provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary but necessary for the fulfillment of the order.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the Store’s website.
9.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, which will come into force upon their publication.
9.3. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
